In connection with a report under the Whistleblower Protection Act, informants may contact the Ministry of Justice, Vyšehradská 16, 128 10 Prague 2, as the so-called external reporting system. The report can be submitted to the Ministry of Justice in writing, orally (e.g. by telephone) or in person, and also via a web form.
