Protected workplace

The protected labor market consists of employers who employ more than 70% of persons with disabilities out of their total number of employees and with whom the Labor Office has concluded a written agreement on their recognition as employers in the protected labor market. The agreement on the recognition of an employer is concluded within the local jurisdiction of the regional branch of the Labor Office in whose district the employer, who is a legal entity, has its registered office or in whose district the employer, who is a natural person, hs his or her residence. 

The possibility of using substitute performance within the meaning of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, supplemented by Decree No. 518/2004, which implements the Act, by purchasing or delivering goods to the company S -FIRMA, s.r.o., which employs more than 70% of employees who are persons with changed working abilities.
