The facility combines two purpose-built locations, the first is the purchase of secondary raw materials for the wider Moravany area and the second is a facility for the collection and processing of electrical waste.
We hereby inform consumers in accordance with the provisions of Section 14 of Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, that the competent body for out-of-court dispute resolution in connection with the services provided by us is the Czech Trade Inspection, website: adr.coi.cz.
Furthermore, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution, we inform consumers that if the contract is concluded online, the consumer may use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
